RETURN POLICY

Brave Apparel Return Policy

At Brave Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt and purchase invoice.
  • Store credit only: Returns will be refunded as store credit, and exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size (not for different products).
  • Non-returnable items will not be eligible for store credit.

Return Process

  • Ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Returns must be shipped using your preferred carrier. Brave Apparel does not provide return shipping labels.
  • We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or mishandled items during the return shipping process. Please keep proof of postage and tracking information for your records.
  • Processing returns can take up to 10 days from the date we receive the returned items.

Right to Deny Returns

Brave Apparel reserves the right to deny returns for any reason, including, but not limited to, an unusual amount of returns, items returned not in original condition, or failure to meet any of the return eligibility requirements.
